Redstone Inn ~ Vintage Patio Menu

Ahh, the joys of a simple lunch outdoors. This was the entire patio menu when I was the Sous Chef at the Redstone Inn outside of Aspen one wondful summer. We really only had huge crowds for the Sunday Brunch where I baked hundreds of handmade danish and pounds of Duck Breast and Pistaschio Pate.

I also spent most of August with my hands stained red from pitting the cherries grown in the hotel’s disintegrating green house.
