Pineapple Habanero Glaze
1 TBL oil
1 Orange bell pepper, seeded and diced
4 Habanero chilies, stemmed and sliced in half
½ tsp salt
½ c, pineapple juice
¼ c. agave nectar
2 TBL lime juice
In medium saucepan, add oil, bell pepper and chiles. Cook over medium-low heat until slightly brown, about 5 minutes.
Add salt, juice and nectar. Cover and cook for 5 minutes on low. Remove from heat and cool.
When cool, place in a blender and puree. Add the lime juice.
