Picon Punch

2 ounces Amer Picon – probably you’ll find Tornoni Amer
1 oz. Brandy
dash of grenadine
Soda water
Lemon peel

Coat the inside of a rocks glass with grenadine. Add the Amer and fill glass with crushed ice. Add 4 oz of soda and stire. Drizzle Brandy on top and garnish with twist of lemon.
